Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is a 134-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility located in Campbell Hall, New York. Our facility is conveniently located between Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY and Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY. Our beautifully landscaped facility provides quaint and harmonious surroundings, offering healing and relaxation to our residents. For your convenience, we accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Rehabilitation
At Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center we provide rehabilitative services for both short-term sub-acute care and long-term residents. Our specialized team of Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapists provide individual services to each resident. Our goal is for our residents to reach their optimum level of functioning through individualized care plans and 1:1 therapy.
